Daycare/Boarding Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be changed or canceled no later than 8:00pm the night before to avoid a $5.00 "no-show" fee. We appreciate your understanding.
Daycare/Boarding Cancellation Policy FAQ's
How do I change or cancel a reservation? Changes or cancellations can be made in-person, by phone/voicemail, email or by submitting a change or cancellation form on our "Make/Cancel Reservations" web page. Back to top
What if I forget to cancel a boarding stay? Will I be charged multiple "no show" fees? Nope. You will only be charged one "no show" fee per stay. Back to top
What if I have more than one dog? Will the fee be more than $5? Nope. You will only be charged one fee regardless of how many dogs you made a reservation for. Back to top
Why do you have a "no show" fee? We have a no-show fee to encourage owners to cancel reservations that they don't need. This opens up spots for dogs that need care who might have otherwise been turned away on a busy day. Back to top
What if my change or cancellation request is not received by 8:00pm? If your request is not changed or canceled by 8:00pm sharp, the $5.00 no show fee will be added to your account. Our staff will process cancellations and changes at close time (8:00pm) and promptly notify anyone on the waiting list if a spot becomes available. Please allow enough time when emailing for it to arrive and be processed by 8:00pm. Back to top
I have a recurring reservation. Do I still need to cancel if my dog won't be coming? Yes. You must cancel all reservations that your dog won't be using, including recurring daycare reservations. Customers who have a "Great Dane" unlimited daycare package must also cancel reservations that they won't be using. Back to top
What if bad winter weather prevents me from bringing my dog? We will waive the no show fee on any day there is a winter weather warning or advisory in effect for Dakota County for a significant portion of the day as determined by Woof Dah! management. Back to top
