What if my change or cancellation request is not received by 8:00pm?
If your request is not changed or canceled by 8:00pm sharp, the $5.00 no show fee will be added to your account. Our staff will process cancellations and changes at close time (8:00pm) and promptly notify anyone on the waiting list if a spot becomes available. Please allow enough time when emailing for it to arrive and be processed by 8:00pm.
I have a recurring reservation. Do I still need to cancel if my dog won't be coming?
Yes. You must cancel all reservations that your dog won't be using, including recurring daycare reservations. Customers who have a "Great Dane" unlimited daycare package must also cancel reservations that they won't be using.
