We have a no-show fee to encourage owners to cancel reservations that they don't need. This opens up spots for dogs that need care who might have otherwise been turned away on a busy day.

If your request is not changed or canceled by 8:00pm sharp, the $5.00 no show fee will be added to your account. Our staff will process cancellations and changes at close time (8:00pm) and promptly notify anyone on the waiting list if a spot becomes available. Please allow enough time when emailing for it to arrive and be processed by 8:00pm.

Yes. You must cancel all reservations that your dog won't be using, including recurring daycare reservations. Customers who have a "Great Dane" unlimited daycare package must also cancel reservations that they won't be using.

We will waive the no show fee on any day there is a winter weather warning or advisory in effect for Dakota County for a significant portion of the day as determined by Woof Dah! management.
