- Can I pick up my dog after 8pm?
To allow all of our guests a full, uninterrupted nights rest, the latest you can pick up your dog is 8pm. If you cannot make it in time, your dog will sleep over with his canine buddies and a staff member in our posh SlumberZone.
- What is the earliest time I can drop-off my dog?
You can drop-off starting at 6:00am weekdays and starting at 7:00am on weekends & Holidays. No appointment is needed for early drop-offs. Our Holiday hours include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
- Can I pick my dog up early?
Nope, please pick up during our normal pick up hours. This important morning time allows our staff to ensure that your dog is fed, brushed and his items are packed up and ready to go upon your arrival. We appreciate your understanding.
- Can I drop-off or pick-up during nap time?
Yes.
- What time do you recommend I drop-off my dog?
It's best if you can drop-off your dog as early in the day as your schedule allows. Dropping off early gives your dog time to make friends, burn off some energy and settle down before bedtime. TIP: Pricing is the same if you drop-off anytime after 3pm.
