Online Reservations FAQ's
- What if the days I need are not listed?
Days that are not listed are either booked full or nearly booked full. If you are interested in a day that is not listed, please click on the "Wait List" link on the right hand side of this page or call us to get on the waiting list. If you are booking a boarding stay and not all the days you need are listed here please schedule THE ENTIRE stay by phone. Back to top
- Will I get an email to confirm my reservation, change or cancellation?
Yes! Our system will now email you an automatic response confirming that we have recieved your reservation request. You are, of course, always welcome to call and confirm your reservations as well. Back to top
- What if I don't get an email confirmation?
Check the spam folder on you email account. Sometimes your email service provider may mistakenly think our reply is spam. You can add info@woofdah.com as a "safe sender" to your email account to prevent confirmation emails from ending up in your spam box. Otherwise, you are welcome to call us to confirm any reservation. - What if my dog doesn't meet Woof Dah!'s vaccination requirements when I bring him?
For your dog's safety, and the safety of the other dogs, you will be turned away if you arrive and your dog does not meet our vaccination requirements. If you're not sure, feel free to call us, we'd be happy to check for you!Back to top
- How do I reserve a boarding stay?
Just select all the days your dog will be at Woof Dah!. Include the drop off day, the pick up day and all the days in-between. Be sure that all the days you need are listed. If they're not, please call to make your reservation and we'll check to see if there's been a cancellation or we'll be glad to put you on our waiting list.Back to top
- How do I change or cancel a reservation I made online?
You can either fill out the online form at the top right hand side of this page or call us and we'd be happy to assist you.Back to top
- How long does it take for staff to process online reservations?
It will take us up to 24 hours to process your online reservation and get it recorded in our books. However, your reservation is confirmed and guaranteed as soon as you submit it us. Back to top
- Can I make a reservation, change or cancellation online for today?
Yes! However, if you're not sure about your dog's vaccinations, please call us to be sure they're in order before you come. If you are cancelling a reservation you have made for today, a $5.00 no show fee will be added to your account.Back to top
- Are you currently taking reservations for months not shown here?
Yes! You can make reservations for months not yet posted on our site by calling. Back to top
- Do I need to specify if my dog is coming for a half day of daycare, whole day of daycare or spending the night?
Nope. Just check off any day your dog will be here and you're done!Back to top
- How do I get my dog on your waitlist?
Just click on the link on the right hand side of this page, fill out the form, submit it to us and you're all set. We will call you right away if a spot becomes available. Back to top
- What if I have an emergency?
If you have a family emergency, please feel free to call us and we will do our very best to accomodate you if you are an established customer.Back to top
- Can I make a "standing" reservation?
Yes! If you would like to reserve a spot for your dog the same day(s)every week, please speak with one of our staff members and we will be glad to help you get that set up.Back to top
- My dog's "standing" reservation lands on a holiday. Do I still need to cancel if I don't need that day?
Nope. We will automatically cancel all "standing" reservations that land on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.Back to top
