Hours: Drop Off & Pick Up Windows for Daycare and Boarding plus phone/email/text hours
Mid-Day Lobby Closure: Our lobby will continue to be closed on Mondays, Fridays and Sundays for a few hours during the middle of the day due to staffing and limited numbers of dogs expected. If you must, we will allow for drop offs and pick ups. However, our ability to answer calls and respond to text messages during that time is minimal. We expect to further expand our hours again in the future if the number of dogs continues to (hopefully) increase. Please keep an eye on this page for the most up to date information. We can't wait to see your dog!
Mondays: 6:30am to 10:30am and 2:30pm to 7pm
Tuesdays: 6:30am to 7pm
Wednesdays: 6:30am to 7pm
Thursdays: 6:30am to 7pm
Fridays: 6:30am to 12:30pm and 2:30pm to 7pm
Saturdays: 8:30am to 7pm
Sundays: 8:30am to 12:30pm and 2:30pm to 7pm
Contactless Drop-Off and Pick-Up Procedures
Thanks for your patience at drop-off and pick-up time! Our team is doing their best to get to you as quickly as possible!
Reservations- Please make your reservations through your customer portal, text or email. We are able to answer calls and texts only during our drop-off and pick-up hours.
Payment- We will be accepting debit or credit cards only. You can add a card to your customer portal for quick and easy payment. Or, you are welcome to pay over the phone.
Wait times- Please allow a few extra minutes for drop-off and pick-ups.
Orientation Day Drop-Offs:
1.) Call us when you arrive. Please note that phones get busy quickly with contactless drop-offs. If we are unable to answer, please wait a few minutes and try again.
2.) Our staff will walk you through your dog's big first day over the phone. Let us know if you have any questions!
3.) If you are leaving a meal or snack for your dog, please fill out a small pink card from the table out front and tape it to your baggie or container.
1.) Please put your dog in the glass entryway area one at a time. Take your leash if you can. Please maintain social distancing for your safety.
2.) Submit your dog's information for this stay online at www.woofdah.com under the boarding tab. Or, fill out your boarding drop-off when you arrive. Look for the clipboard on the table out front.
3.) Leave your dog's food on the table. Be sure it has your name on it.
4.) Call or text us with any special instructions that are not on your online or paper drop-off form.

2.) Fill out small cards on the table out front to request a bath, nail trim or grooming services, hamburger & rice casserole or ice cream.
3.) If you have a meal or snack for your dog, fill out a small pink card and attach it to your dog's food baggie or container with tape that you'll find on the table.

1.) Call us when you arrive. There may be a wait on hold if the parking area has other vehicles or during peak pick-ups times.
2.) Our staff will process payment and let you know if there are any notes from the stay. For faster check outs, you can save a card to your customer portal here.
3.) We will put your dog in the glass entryway. You can get your dog from there. If you need to enter the area, we recommend wearing a mask for your safety and the safety of others.
