Get Ready for your Appointment:
1.) ___ Vaccinations: Submit your dog's bordetella, distemper and rabies vaccination records to us electronically at least 24 hours before your orientation day appointment. The records must show the vaccine expiration dates. This gives us time to review the records and contact you before your appointment if there is anything missing. Once we receive and process your records, we will send you a confirmation email. Remember that if you have a puppy or if your dog is getting a new vaccination, any initial vaccination series must be complete. Check our vaccination requirements here. We are requiring the influenza vaccination soon for your dog's safety. Now is a great time to get that done!
There are 4 easy ways to submit vaccination records. Once we receive and process your records, we will send you a confirmation email:
A.) Take a photo or screenshot and text the photo to: (952) 895-1700
D.) Contact your veterinary clinic and ask them to fax your records us at (952) 777-7602 or email them to us at info@woofdah.com. (Note: Vet clinics are not 100% reliable in getting records to us. If you don't get a confirmation email from us, we may not have received your records.)

2.) ___ Customer Portal: Complete your customer portal by clicking here. Remember to click Save at the bottom of each page. Login as a "Current Customer" with your email or phone number and use your dog's name as the password unless you have previously created another password. You can use the "forgot password" button if you have any issues. (Customers with 2 or more dogs, use the dog's name that comes first alphabetically, or use the forgot password button)
Once you are logged in, click on "My Account" then "Edit" to complete your profile and your dog's profile. Remember to click Save at the bottom of each page! Your Customer Portal allows you to make, view, change or cancel reservations, view vaccine status and more 24 hours a day!

3.) ___ Customer Agreement: Please read and sign the agreement in your customer portal. The agreement can be found under "My Account" then "Agreements." The agreement must be signed electronically before your appointment due to Covid-19.

4.) ___ Health Alerts: Check our Health Alerts page to see the status of illnesses going around at Woof Dah! and the entire local dog community.

Day of Your Appointment:

6.) ___ Schedule: Please arrive between 6:30am and 8:30am weekdays or 8:00-9:30am on weekends.

7.) ___ Leash: Please bring your dog on a leash.

8.) ___ Meal or Snack: (Optional) Bring a meal or snack in a zipper baggie or small plastic container. Or, you may purchase our homemade hamburger and rice casserole at drop off.

9.) ___ Fee: Orientation is $32 per dog plus sales tax. We are accepting credit or debit cards only due to Covid-19. You can save a credit card to your customer portal if you'd like for a quick check out! Remember to click Save at the bottom of the page after adding your card!
