How to Prepare for Dog Boarding

What to Pack:
1.) A pinch/quick release collar or harness that has your dog's first and last name on it.  If you don't have one, a loaner collar will be provided.
2.) Food and medications.  Separated and label each meal in a ziploc bag. If you don't have time, don't worry.  We we separate and label your dog's food and medications for you.  Or, food is available for purchase. For food and medication packing instructions click here.
3.) Names of medications your dog is taking.
4.) Currrent vaccination records for Bordetella, Distemper and Rabies on file with us.  Click here to view your dog's vaccination status in our system.
5.) Phone number of a backup emergency contact person if you might be hard to reach on your cell phone.

Tips for new boarders:
1.) Dogs who get dropped off for boarding in the morning do MUCH better overnight.  This is especially true for your dog's first overnight and for anxious or energetic dogs.  The price is the same no matter what time you drop off!
2.) Don't send food or treats that your dog isn't used to having at home.
3.) Try to keep activities at home as normal as possible before you leave to avoid making your dog anxious about your upcoming trip
