Customer Portal FAQ's

  • The portal asks me what time I will be dropping off and picking up. What if my plans change?
    The times on our new reservation system ONLY matter if you are generating a price estimate for your dog's stay. If your plans change, you do not have to change the times on your reservation unless you would like a new estimate.  back to top

  • How can I make reservations on my phone or tablet?
    Go to https://woofdah.gingrapp.com/customer on your phone or tablet. To save a convenient link to your home screen select the 3 dots on the upper right corner of your screen or the upward facing arrow on your iphone or ipad menu and select "add to home screen."   back to top

  • What does "Awaiting Action" mean?
    When you make a reservation through your customer portal, your reservation will appear in the "Awaiting Action" section of your portal. Our staff will then view your reservation and confirm it as soon as possible, usually within 4 hours when we are open. After we confirm your reservation, you will see your reservation in the "Confirmed" section of your portal. As soon as you make your reservation, you are guaranteed a spot.   back to top

  • Can I make standing reservations on the portal?

  • The portal only gives me one option for daycare. How do I specify if it will be a half day or a full day?
    Simply select "Daycare" for all half day or full day daycare reservations.  back to top

  • How can I get my dog's other parent to be able to access the account and get reservation related emails?
    There is a field for a second contact person's email address. That email address will receive reservation related emails such new reservations made, changes, cancellations, vaccinations and more. BOTH parents will need to use the first email address listed and it's corresponding password to login.   back to top

  • How do I get the estimate page to update if I changed my reservation dates or times?
    Please use the refresh button on the upper right hand corner of the estimate section. It looks like a circle with little arrows.  back to top

  • How do I view my dog's vaccination records in my portal
    Click on "My Pets" then "View." Your dog's vaccinations on file at Woof Dah! will appear.  back to top

  • How do I upload my dog's vaccinations?
    Click on "My Account" then "Upload Files." Then, drag your dog's vaccination records into the drop box area. Our staff will review your dog's records and within 24 hours the updated vaccination expiration dates will appear in your portal. As an alternative, you are always welcome to email vaccinations to info@woofdah.com or fax to (952) 777-7602.  back to top

  • Can I update my information or my dog's information?
    Yes! With the portal, you can add or update your information or your dog's information at any time!  back to top

  • How do I opt out of getting emails from the portal?
    Login and edit your customer profile. At the bottom of your profile, there is an option to opt out of system generated emails. Remember, that if you opt out, you will not get important reminders about vaccinations, openings in our wait list or other important emails such as HEALTH ALERTS or sale information.  back to top

  • I'm an existing customer but I can't make reservations from my portal
    If you didn't have any reservations with us when we transferred data on 4/2/17, the computer thinks you are a new client who needs an orientation day before they can book a normal reservation. So, if this is you, please call us or email us for your first reservation. After that, you will be able to make reservations anytime through your portal!  back to top

  • The login screen says "Sorry, we can't find your account"
    Please call or email us to verify that we have your email entered correctly and that it's the email address that you are currently using. If you have not been to Woof Dah! since 01/01/2016, we have removed your account. Please call in and we can get you setup again no problem!  back to top
